Job Description

Essential Qualification: A 1st class (60% marks) M.Sc degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology from UGC recognized university. Desirable: Working experience in nano-materials and bacterial biofilms.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years as of the last date of application. Fellowship: For NET/GATE qualified candidates- Rs. 31,000/- for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 35,000/- for the 3rd year per month.
For non-NET/GATE qualified candidates- Rs. 25,000/- for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 28,000/- for the 3rd

General Terms and Conditions
(a) The positions are purely temporary and coterminous with the project.
(b) The project’s duration will be initially for one year and is extendable up to three years based on yearly performance.
(c) Handique Girls’ College reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for an interview to a reasonable limit based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
(d) Only the short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.
(e) No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the same.
