Job Description

Qualification Master Degree (regular course) from recognized university from following disciplines:
• Agriculture = 3 nos. preferably in Soil Science / Agronomy / Horticulture.
• Economics = 1 no.
• Commerce = 2 nos.
• Information Technology = 2 nos.
• Social Work = 1 no.
• Sociology = 1 no.
• Political Science = 1 no.
• Rural Development = 2 nos.
• Civil Engineering = 2 nos.
• MBA (Finance) = 1 no.

Applicants with Ph. D & NET qualification may be given preference.
Experience Should have training / teaching experience in the core subject in Government Institutions / Private Institutions of repute etc. with minimum period of 2 (two) years.
Monthly remuneration Rs. 40,000/- (forty thousand) only.
Age Maximum age up to 40 years as on 01-01-2023.
Type of engagement & tenure On contract for one year
Engagement status The engagement shall be for a period of one year and may be continued as per the requirement subject to availability of resources. The engagement shall be made under project and there is no provision of regularization.
Placement The selected Faculty Members may be placed in any of the Extension Centres / District Panchayat Resource Centres throughout Assam and is transferable as per the requirement of the Institute.

Mode of Selection: There shall be two phases in the selection process:

Phase- I: The Candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on in website- https://siprdassam-recruitment.in
The syllabus of the Objective Type Written Test will be as follows:

Phase – II: Against each vacancy, 3 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Personal Interview to be held in Guwahati.
Total marks for the Personal Interview will be 20 Marks
